Returns and Refunds Policy

At Exultation Arts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. The following policies describe how to go about obtaining a refund or replacement for a purchase:

Returns/Refunds of Products:

If you are unhappy with your purchase of ExultationArts.com products, you may return them for replacement or refund within 30 days of ordering the product. Your refund will consist of the product price (minus any discounts) only; shipping charges are not refundable, unless the product is received in damaged condition. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the same condition you received it, and it is best if it is received in its original packaging. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense unless the product is received in substantiated damaged (ie, a photo of the item) condition. Refunds/replacements will be processed within a week of the product’s return/arrival at our location. Refunds of Virtual/Online Products:

There is no return/refund on Virtual/Downloadable Products that have been downloaded. Prior to download, virtual/downloadable products can be returned for refund within 10 days.

Refunds are not allowed for online courses that have been accessed. If an online course hasn’t been accessed, a request for refund may be made within 10 days via email to Debbie@ExultationArts.com. Please contact us with any questions you may have.
