The Washi Mosaic Workshop
2025 Mask Policy: Beginning in 2025, wearing masks is no longer required. It’s now optional.
Thank you for your interest in my day-long Washi Mosaic Workshop and my Zentangle classes. Both of these offerings are great for beginners and experienced artists.
The Washi Mosaic Workshop is a day-long workshop, starting at 10:00 am and finishing around 5:00. My goal for attendees is that they step into a working artist’s studio and assume the role of artist-in-residence. Each guest artist has his/her own creative station furnished with all the tools I use, and has their choice of working with over 400 differently colored and patterned washi papers. By the end of the day, each student leaves with a completed, matted mosaic in a black frame that can be proudly displayed on the walls or tabletops of their home.

Zentangle® – you may have heard of it, perhaps even seen it … but what exactly is it?
To put it simply, The Zentangle® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing & fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.
I am a CZT (Certified Zentangle® Teacher), and I offer a variety of in-person & online Zentangle® classes suitable for beginners & advanced Tanglers alike. Almost anyone can use it to create beautiful images, even if you don’t think you are artistic or creative! It increases focus & creativity & provides artistic satisfaction along with an increased sense of personal well being. The Zentangle® Method is enjoyed all over the world across a wide range of people with a variety of skills, interests and ages. Artistic experience is not needed to enjoy Zentangle®.
