My Washi Paper sampler mosaics are matted with white mats and framed in bronze frames. The frames have an easel back for easy tabletop display. I use Japanese Chiyogami, which is a type of Washi Paper, and the mosaics are finished with an acrylic finish to seal and protect them.
Each piece is an original, with its own unique ambience and tone. As with any piece of fine art, it is best to display the mosaics out of direct sunlight.
These framed matted mosaics make lovely gifts, offering a piece of art that is suitable as a wall hanging or as a tabletop display.
